Yes, all our products in the Korb hampers are German, some from well-known brands, and some smaller independent brands sourced directly from Germany and sold exclusively in the UK through Korb. The collections have been curated to offer the perfect balance of authenticity and interest, so whether you're looking for that perfect German Christmas Market experience, or you're seeking a unique and contemporary gift, Korb has you covered.

Unfortunately not. Our hamper is unique to Korb, designed and engineered to complement our curated collections, and is only available as a complete and filled hamper.

This is a question we get a lot! We are a young company with plans to gradually grow our range. Our hampers currently contain ambient room-temperature products only, but we hope to expand our collections in the future. If you have any suggestions of what Korb could offer in the future, just drop us a note in the Contact Korb page. We love to hear what our customers would like!

We sell many alcohol-free hampers! We strive to ensure that our hampers can be enjoyed by everyone, so each collection has an alcohol-free variant. Search our options here.

By their nature, most German biscuits are commonly made with nuts and gluten. Unfortunately, we don't currently have nut or gluten-free alternatives to these biscuit products.

However, our Bauhaus hampers are naturally nut-free, gluten-free and vegan.

We guarantee that all our hampers have at least two weeks from receipt until any individual food or drink item reaches its Best Before date. However, we always aim for longer.

Authenticity is very important to us at Korb. All our products, both hampers and contents, are shot by us, by hand. As is common and expected, we use design software to edit blemishes and lighting, but not to alter the products in any way. 

In campaign or mood imagery, we may use software to alter the background of our images, but the products are all real shots of what you will receive. 

Domestic shipping takes up to 2 days if ordered before 1pm, or you can select your chosen delivery date on the checkout page. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is confirmed.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over £150 within mainland UK, using standard delivery and excluding weekends. 

We will start shipping to the EU shortly.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates can vary depending on your region.

As our hampers contain food items, we cannot offer refunds unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

We hope you love your hamper, but if it arrives with visible defects, please get in touch via our Contact Korb form with your order number and we will be happy to exchange or return your purchase.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
